Our primary area of business is the student loan industry, where we dominate the small business segment of the market.

JM Associates has immediate openings for individuals with a positive attitude to be Student Loan Collectors. Because the quality of our employees is the key to our success, we carefully select our new team members. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proven strong track record, as well as excellent collection and skiptracing skills. This is a great opportunity for a professional with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and achieve results! This position is expected to have a major influence on productivity in the student loan collections department.

DUTIES
- The employee will be responsible for delivering high levels of return on our debt inventory.
- Help achieve objectives and participate in the implementation of policies, procedures and cultural initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FDCPA, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act, state and federal laws

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience with key collections functions such as skip tracing, debtor talk-offs, and queue management is greatly appreciated

- Experience with automated dialers helpful
- Very high degree of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Word processing and spreadsheet skills
